We are happy to inform you that in Flanders no covid-related restrictions apply to travels and meetings at this moment.

As we care for the well-being of all our participants, we ask all participants to respect general health guidelines.

Please note that as of 26 April 2023, no quarantaine and/or isolation period applies anymore for those tested positive for Covid; covid is now treated as if it were a flue infection. However, in case you do happen to experience any symptoms of Covid or another illness, we kindly ask you to stay at your accommodation and to contact the organisers as soon as possible. We will do our utmost best to help you in this situation, respecting the prevailing guidelines.
